Influence is not just about what you do--it’s about what you leave behind. Scaling your influence means creating systems, tools, and processes that amplify your impact beyond your direct involvement.

• To scale influence, you must design for duplication and legacy.
• A scalable system reflects your values and ensures consistency, even as it grows.

The Three Pillars of Scalable Influence:

1. Duplication: Teaching others how to replicate your approach.
2. Legacy: Embedding your values into systems and processes.
3. Empathy at Scale: Designing systems that amplify trust and connection.

Exercises

1. Duplication Blueprint:
